Digitaliq AS is a digital SaaS group that provides the solutions MittVarsel, TransparencyGate, and FinnFrem. The head office is located at Kong Oscars gate 1A, 5017 Bergen, Norway.
Digitaliq AS is responsible for the processing of personal data for its operations. If the daily responsibility is delegated, this will be specified for each task. The delegation only covers the execution of tasks, not the overall responsibility.
In this statement, we explain which personal data we process, how we process it, and for what purpose. This document provides the information required under Section 19 of the Norwegian Personal Data Act when data is collected from our websites, when you are our customer, or when you apply for a job with us. It also includes general information about the collection, storage, and use of personal data, as per Section 18, Paragraph 1 of the Norwegian Personal Data Act.
Processing of Personal Data
Unless otherwise specified, the Managing Director of Digitaliq is responsible for the processing of personal data on our websites.
Providing personal information is voluntary for visitors to the site in connection with services, such as submitting inquiries, registering for courses, breakfast meetings, or subscription to newsletters.
The legal basis for processing is the individuals consent, unless specified otherwise.

Statistics
Digitaliq AS collects anonymized and combined data about visitors to our websites, except for information sent through the MittVarsel portal.
The purpose of this data collection is to generate statistics to improve and develop the website and blog content.

Newsletter Subscription
To receive our newsletter, you must register your email address. If you unsubscribe, your information will be deleted.
Server Logs
Visits to our websites are logged on our servers. Logged data includes the IP address of the device visiting the site. The purpose is to ensure the continued operation of our websites.
In the event of attacks, the IP address used in the attack will be blocked.
Email and Phone
We use email and phone for daily operations, responding to inquiries, and communicating with customers and partners. Employees are responsible for deleting irrelevant messages regularly. Emails from former employees are deleted upon their departure, with relevant messages transferred to colleagues.

We use reliable subcontractors for the operation and storage of personal data. All subcontractors have signed Data Processor Agreements to ensure compliance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act.

We will respond as soon as possible, but please be advised that the processing time for requests for data disclosure can take up to three weeks.
Do you want us to delete your data?
Personal data is automatically deleted in accordance with GDPR. If you want us to delete your data from our systems before this timeframe is reached, you can use the contact form, and we will delete the requested information as soon as possible.
The processing time for deleting personal data in our systems can take between 7-21 days, depending on circumstances and scope
